Too busy to criticize right now but...

Mastering was shit.
Mixing was shit.
Song's sound was way to mushed and dirty, volume levels were wack.

Nice

Pretty good melodies man. The first one could use some alternates though.
Pretty nice side chaining also.

Obviously theres no real composition or transitions because it's a preview.

Mixing and mastering kinda sucks but I'm sure you'll fix that.

Drums are pretty lame but whatever lol

Good:

1) Melodies! :3 Could use some spicing up though.

Bad:

1) No real composition (obviously.)

2) Mixing is pretty crappy, song sounds kinda mushed.

3) Mastering is alright but the whole song needs to be more powerful in general.

4) Drum's are pretty lame lol

Your stuff is too weird for me lol.
And yes, I do have somewhat of an opinionated based review style.
That's what leaving a good review is all about, deal with it.

Ok so the intro starts kind of trancy, that wide sounding bass is ok but its weird.
Then it gets like electro breakbeat ish then it gets trancish again...
Then that low sine-line square thing comes in and that's cool I guess.
Acid Arp thing is ok but kind of random and weird/gets to high for me.
Hoovers are good but annoying lol.
That instrumental-like bit in the middle (starting at around 1:50) is nice.
That phat sounding organ thing is cool.
The kick's DB is kinda too high though.
The low frequency? bgish square is a nice add.
Like how it picks up from there until that bit stops then that weird and annoying acid sound comes in lol.

Good:

1) Squares, love your squares. Squares, squares, squares.

2) Main drums are neat.

3) FX are good but kind of weak.

4) Phat organ is cool.

5) The instrumental-like breakdown/build up in the middle is nice.

Bad:

1) Kick's DB is overpowering at times.

2) Acid Arp thing gets too high for my tastes at times.

3) Kind of a random song besides that middle part.

4) Intro is like really trancy or something idk.

5) Arp's melodie is annoying, you use it way to much.

It's good

Pretty decent song but it needs work of course ;)

Good:

1) Intro is pretty good, like the effects and strings and whatnot.

2) Lead is good but kind of annoying after a while. Mix up that melodie, add some fills, alternates and stuff, don't just use the same melodie for the whole song.

3) The effects are overall good

Bad:

1) Doesn't really go anywhere, although there is some diversity like slow-downs/speed-ups and that pad break at 2:31 which is good.

2) Drum samples kind of suck, try and download/make better ones.

3) Gets boring with just one melodie. Like I said earlier, try to add an alternate melodie, complementing melodie or at last a variation of the melodie.

4) Something else, but I forgot, must not be that important lol

3/5 - Decent song but needs more melodie diversity.

It's okay

This is a great start but its got some problems.

Good:

1) The flute or string thing, whatever that is, its nice.

Bad:

1) The intro, the piano is good but it clips and fades out it doesn't flow. For example, everytime the pettern repeats or something new is added to it stops and repeats/plays, it doesn't flow.

2) The choir is okay but its kind of funky for my tastes, it also comes in kind of suddenly. Try to add some kind of transition.

3) The bells are nice but kind of off beat.

3/5 - Good start for something that could be great

Hmmm... yes, I thought the choir came in kinda strong, though I don't know how I would transition into that.... you know, short of making it longer.... which I don't really feel like doing at the moment... I'm already working on something else, though... something ...happier. And it's a bit off because... I turned off the metromone. I hate the metronome. It's terrible. clickclickclickclickclick.... meh. Oh well, next one should be better. Thanks for your commentary! :D

It's amazing

Song's great

Good:

1) The mastering was good but could have been a bit better with a limiter or something

2) The mixing was good, everything fused well

3) Beat was kind of slow paced, but so was song so its okay

4) Choir was just a little loud but its nothing major at all

5) Bass was wicked, could be deeper but whatever

6) Loved the drum-in intro

Bad:

1) Vocals weren't bad but they could be deeper in tone

5/5 - Great song (this is Jala-Fox btw) lol

i can't answer some of the points, many of them relate to FC's work. In fact, the only one I can really respond to is the "Bad" :(

yah, could be deeper... it's not my style, though, to do the mega deep death growl... i think the positive of my vocal style is that the lyrics are understandable (compared to some) and going deeper seems to muddy the clarity.
